Custom Genetic Test Results (GTR) Panels

Discover the power of Custom Genetic Test Results (GTR) Panels, our latest feature that puts you in control of your genetic test results. Now, you can create and save personalized panels tailored to your specific needs, even adding panels that aren’t included in our standard offerings. This new functionality ensures that your experience with Progeny is more flexible and customized than ever before.

Create New Custom GTR Panel

• Select individual and click ‘Test Results’

1. Click ‘New Custom Panel’
2. Select folder icon to select folder to create new Custom Panel format in
3. Select a folder or create a new folder, click ‘OK’
4. Name new Custom Panel

1. Select a lab or select ‘Other’ to input a custom lab name. Input Other Lab name, if applicable
2. Name the test/panel
3. Click ‘Add Row’ and add as many genes as needed, using the ‘Gene’ dropdown to select the appropriate genes
4. Click ‘Save’ to save the format

Edit Custom GTR Panel

1. Click ‘Load Custom Panel’
2. Select folder icon
3. Select Custom Panel to edit and click ‘Load’
4. Edit panel, as needed, and click ‘Save’ to save format or ‘Save As’ which allows you to save the now configured panel with a new unique name

Using Custom GTR Panels

Using the same process to manually add genetic test results, click ‘New Test’ and your newly created Custom GTR Panels are now available in the Test Details dialog.
