- Make a copy of your current English questionnaire or click ‘New Questionnaire’
Questionnaire Home
- Change the Questionnaire Language to ‘Spanish’
- Name/rename questionnaire to include ‘Spanish’ in Questionnaire Name so you know which questionnaire is in Spanish
- Update Exit URL, if you have a Spanish URL to direct patients to upon closing/completing the questionnaire
Consent
- Update consent field labels and descriptions and texts to Spanish
Configuration
- Update Help Text and all page instructions to Spanish
Emails & Reminders
- Link emails to Spanish email templates
Status Actions
- If used, updated emails in “Reviewed” section to Spanish email templates
Questionnaire Designer
- Update all page names and descriptions, field labels and descriptions, and texts to Spanish for each page – see Questionnaire Design Module for more information on editing pages, fields, and questionnaire sections.
- Specifically reference Dropdown field options for how to configure dropdowns to display Spanish options.
