Adding a Same-Sex Spouse
- To add a same-sex spouse, first, make sure you have the other spouse of the relationship already drawn.
- Using the One-click Add (yellow arrows) lower right arrow, click left for a male spouse or right for a female spouse.

3. Additionally, you can right click the individual, select ‘Add Relation’ and choose either the female spouse or the male spouse option.

Adding a Donor
- To add a donor, first, make sure the individual has already been drawn.
- Using the One-click Add (yellow arrows) upper arrow, hold Ctrl on your keyboard while clicking left for a sperm donor or right for an egg donor.

3. Additionally, you can right click the individual, select ‘Add Relation’ and choose either the egg donor or the sperm donor.

4. You can then proceed with adding the other biological parent in the normal manner.
5. If the parental relationship is already built and you need to edit the relationship, you can right click the individual, select ‘Parents’ and uncheck the box for which parent currently drawn is not the biological parent.

6. Then proceed in adding the appropriate donor, same as above.
Adding Surrogates
- To add a surrogate, first, make sure the individual has already been drawn.
- Using the One-click Add (yellow arrows) upper arrow, hold Alt on your keyboard while clicking right for a surrogate.

3. Additionally, you can right click the individual, select ‘Add Relation’ and choose surrogate.

4. You can then proceed with adding the other biological parent in the normal manner.
5. If the parental relationship is already built and you need to edit the mother to be a surrogate, you can right click the individual, select ‘Parents’ and uncheck the box for biological mother.

6. Then proceed in adding the surrogate, same as above.
Adding Planned Adoptive Parents
- To add a planned adoptive parent, first, make sure the individual has already been drawn.
- Using the One-click Add (yellow arrows) upper arrow, hold Shift on your keyboard while clicking left for planned adoptive father and right for planned adoptive mother.

3. Additionally, you can right click the individual, select ‘Add Relation’ and choose male or female planned adoptive parent.
